Coaches
You can invite other coaches to collaborate on your team. All coaches share access to the same roster, games, and lineups.
Inviting a coach
Section titled “Inviting a coach”- Go to the Coaches tab on your team
- Tap Invite Coach
- Enter their email address
- They’ll receive an invitation link to join your team
Coach roles
Section titled “Coach roles”| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Head Coach | Full access including team settings and coach management |
| Assistant Coach | Can manage lineups and games; cannot change team settings |
Removing a coach
Section titled “Removing a coach”Go to the Coaches tab on your team, find the coach, and tap Remove. They’ll immediately lose access to the team.
Game-level roles
Section titled “Game-level roles”Beyond the team-wide Head Coach / Assistant Coach roles above, Dugout and Bullpen are roles you can assign per game — useful when different coaches run the lineup board and the bullpen on game day. Assign them from the game’s coach roles setting; they don’t carry over between games automatically.
