Managing Registrations
Open an event and choose the Registrations tab. Everyone who registered is listed with the player’s name, age on the day of the event, position, parent contact, when they registered and a status.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”| Status | Use it for |
|---|---|
| New | Just came in. |
| Reviewed | You’ve looked at it. |
| Contacted | You’ve reached out to the family. |
| Accepted | They’re in. Drafting a tryout candidate onto a team sets this for you. |
| Declined | Not this time. |
| Cancelled | They’re no longer coming. A cancelled registration frees its spot. |
Statuses are yours to manage — nothing is sent to families when you change one.
Finding people
Section titled “Finding people”- Search by player or parent name, email or phone.
- Filter by status, payment status (when the event takes payment), position, or when they registered (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
- Sort by newest, oldest, player name or status.
One registration
Section titled “One registration”Tap a registration to open it. From there you can:
- change its status,
- Call, Text or Email the family,
- correct any answer (a typo in a name, a new phone number),
- read the answers to your custom questions,
- delete it.
For a tryout, the registration links to the candidate’s player profile.
Several at once
Section titled “Several at once”Tick the registrations you want, then use the bar at the bottom of the screen to Set Status, Set Payment (on events that take payment), Export CSV just those, or Delete them.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export downloads the list as CSV (or PDF) — status, submitted time, every field the event asks, age, and a column for each custom question. What you export is what’s on screen, so filter first to export a slice.
