Tryout Evaluations
Tryout evaluations use a fully configurable scoring engine — you decide what skills get scored and how.

Rating styles
Section titled “Rating styles”Each skill you score can use its own rating style:
| Style | Example use |
|---|---|
| 1–5 rating | General skill rating |
| Yes/No | Pass a specific check |
| Pass/Fail | Binary skill gate |
| Poor/Average/Good/Excellent | Qualitative skill level |
A streamlined metric recorder keeps entering scores fast during a live tryout, even with a full slate of candidates.
Per-evaluator views and disagreement signals
Section titled “Per-evaluator views and disagreement signals”When more than one coach evaluates the same candidates, each evaluator’s scores are tracked separately. The results view flags disagreement between evaluators, so you can spot a candidate that one coach rated very differently from another before making a decision.
Results
Section titled “Results”Results include ranking, sorting, and performance indicators across all evaluated candidates.

Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export results to CSV or PDF directly from the results page.
- If you have a selection of candidates active, export includes only those selected rows — otherwise it includes everyone.
- Candidates already drafted onto the target team are flagged in the export, so you don’t double-add someone.
